MJ Jensen is a multi-dimensional professional with an extensive background in small business development and Fortune 50 corporate sales, strategic marketing and training.  She has been a small business owner, an entrepreneur and is the president and visionary of IdeaMagic, Inc. marketing & promotions, a full service strategic marketing and idea company in Tucson, Arizona. 

Ms. Jensen's accomplishments include the strategic launch of a new division for Bausch & Lomb (Fortune 50), national sales trainer and divisional manager for B & L, advisor to hundreds of businesses in developing complex strategic plans and implementation strategies with an emphasis on start-ups and expanding businesses. She is a professional speaker and trainer in the areas of marketing, staff development and business development for business owners, companies and organizations.  She is a vested partner and instrumental in the launch and development of an online web site called SmallBiz.com.

Ms. Jensen is a small business advocate and was named the SBA "Women in Business Advocate of the Year for 2000" for the state of Arizona and was on the statewide board for Friends of Arizona Small Business.  She has been the marketing director and on the advisory board of the Arizona Small Business Association (1600 members), a senior member and advisor of RFB Resources for Business (400 members), member and committee chair for the Northern Pima Chamber, board member of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), marketing director for the Small Business Development Council, event director for National Small Business Week, event director for RFW Business Showcase Expo, and trainer/advisor for the Arizona Council for Economic Conversion Women's Business Center. MJ was the first Tucson woman to be awarded the National Leadership award for the National Association of Women Business Owners.
