• Assisted in starting the first Gastroenterology Lab in Southern
• Arizona at Tucson Medical Center, 1969.
• Licensed as Physicians Assistant, in Gastroenterology, by Board of Medical Examiners, Phoenix, Arizona 1972
• Received a Master's of Science degree in Health Care
• Administration from the UNC 1982
• Retired in 1989 from Tucson Medical Center
